Your access to and use of Michal Shalev web site - m-shalev.co.il ("the Website") is subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions. You will not use the Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. By using the Website you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions you must immediately stop using the Website.

3.3 change the prices of the product offerd on the website and the shipping cost.

All images displayed on this web shop are strictly copyright Michal Shalev (paintings), VP Bank-Liechtenstein (advertising).
4.2 By purchasing items from this site the buyer only acquires ownership of the physical goods and does not acquire any rights or intellectual property rights to reuse or copy the images in any form.
4.3    In accessing the Website you agree that you will access the content solely for your personal, non-commercial use. None of the content may be downloaded, copied, reproduced, transmitted, stored, sold or distributed without the prior written consent of the copyright holder. This excludes the downloading, copying and/or printing of pages of the Website for personal, non-commercial home use only.

Michal Shalev is fully committed to securing your personal information and protecting your privacy. We use the information you provide us only to process your orders.
Any credit card information you give us is handled separately and securely by NetPay, a worldwide leading ecommerce processing service.
This Web sites log information about you that is automatically recognized by the Web server, such as your IP address or domain name. Michal Shalev does not collect any other automated data about you.
Michal Shalev respects your privacy and will not release your personal data to any third parties without your consent.

  1.  Sells and shipping conditions
Buying on shalev.co.il is limited to individuals who may lawfully sign legal contracts, are over 18, have sound financial standing with a certified bank.
 
Payment can be done in the form of:
o   Credit card, only VISA, MasterCard  and Diners
o   PayPal
o   Money transfer
 
Each print is created digitally; using original HP pigment inks which the manufacturers claim offer lightfast colors under normal conditions in excess of 150 years. The prints are printed on HP original canvas. All paintings are framed with external natural pine wood 4 cms width.
 
Because product are manufactured per request, canceling an order of an item can be made only within 3 days from the initial order AND only if the product was not manufactured already.
 
The shipping cost in case of returning a product cannot be refunded and will be charged to the customer.
Customers will take the responsibility for all import duties assessed against their products in the destination country.
Prices can change without prior notification.
Delivery Time
Door-to-door delivery usualy takes 21 working days. Some shipments can be delayed at Customs by administration. This is out of our control and we cannot be held responsible for these delays.
The buyer is responsible for the address details, which should be completely correct, including area codes, zip codes, etc.
 
Damaged Shipments
Damaged goods must be reported immediately by contacting us by phone or Email. If Damange is done to the product it will need to be returned to us for replacement of an identical item. Contact us for a return authorization number before product is shipped.
 
  1. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Israel and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Israel. This will not prevent Michal Shalev from pursuing a claim for breach of contract, copyright infringement or otherwise in respect of these terms and conditions in any other jurisdiction throughout the world.
